Meet Your Host
Heather Rosson
Heather is the founder of Becoming Irresistible. As a marketing strategist and coach, Heather builds powerful marketing plans, using proven systems and processes. She is also the President and CEO, Chief Experience Officer, of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.
As a certified Lifeforming Leadership Coach and a Certified Master Marketer, Heather has empowered hundreds of entrepreneurs to connect their passion with their purpose and create the life and business of their dreams. She believes we all have a message to share. That’s why she helps her clients embrace marketing strategies that feel good (and actually work!).
Heather lives in Tucson, AZ with her husband and is the mother of three adult children (Yay, they made it!). She continues to serve her local church weekly and is active in her community. She is forever grateful for the opportunities God has given her. It is her prayer that she can continue to help others experience the same joy of knowing who they are and fulfilling their divine purpose.

Paula Tobey
Coach Paula is a former teacher, Certified Life and Health Coach, Author, and Leader. But more than that she is a collaborator, challenging and motivating women to find the healthiest, best versions of themselves. She works with clients in groups by leading masterminds, masterclasses, and retreats. She also helps those who need one on one guidance with health or family issues as a healthy living coach. Coach Paula helps** entrepreneurs** solve the problem of **work/life balance** that may cause **stress**, and **unproductive work time** which can lead to **financial stress**. She understands that especially newer entrepreneurs may be feeling unbalanced, tired, frustrated, scared and ready to get a real j.o.b. (She did that, and it wasn’t working).
